Your own scenario and thresholds, applied jointly to every candidate: the rate only rises, vacancy only grows, rent only falls. Figures are pre-tax. With no threshold set, no verdict is shown.
Pro report
A formatted report with a prepared-by header and per-candidate detail, for handing to someone else. The plain print above stays free; the figures in both are identical.
Licence
Paste a licence token to register it in this browser. Verification happens on this page; the token is never sent anywhere. The licence unlocks the Pro report's formatting — every figure stays free without one.
